As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems to ensure the smooth operation of our electrical motor control circuits and Allen Bradley PLCs.
This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and the chance to work on exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
1.
Design and develop control systems for electrical motor control circuits and Allen Bradley PLCs.
2.
Create and modify advanced PLC ladder logic to improve system efficiency and performance.
3.
Program and configure HMI interfaces to provide user-friendly control and monitoring of systems.
4.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with other engineering disciplines.
5.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure optimal functionality.
6.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
7.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in control systems technology.
8.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
9.
Document control system designs, modifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
10.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

years of experience in designing and implementing control systems for electrical motor control circuits and Allen Bradley PLCs.

Strong knowledge of advanced PLC ladder logic programming.
4.
Proficiency in programming and configuring HMI interfaces.
5.
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging control systems.
6.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to control systems.
7.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
